Creator Partnership Agreement

Made and Matched

Effective upon digital acceptance during creator application.

1. Parties

This agreement is between Made and Matched ("Agency") and the photographer or videographer applying to join the network ("Creator").

2. What the Agency Provides

Access to pre-qualified couple leads who match the Creator's style, budget, and location
Introductions managed and scheduled by the Agency
Portfolio presentation to couples through the Agency's platform
Ongoing referrals for the duration of this agreement

3. Referral Fee

The Agency earns a 15% referral fee on the total booking value of any client introduced through the platform
The fee is due within 7 days of the Creator receiving their booking deposit from the couple
Payment method: [Venmo / Zelle / bank transfer — to be confirmed]

Example: Creator books a $4,000 wedding through the platform → Agency fee = $600

4. Non-Circumvention

This is the most important clause.

If the Agency introduces a couple to the Creator — in any form (email, phone, in-person call, DM) — that couple is considered an Agency referral for 24 months from the date of introduction
The Creator agrees not to accept payment directly from any Agency-referred couple without routing the booking through the Agency and paying the referral fee
This applies even if the couple contacts the Creator independently after the introduction
Violation of this clause results in immediate removal from the network and the Creator owes the full referral fee plus a $500 penalty

5. Creator Responsibilities

Respond to introduction requests within 24 hours
Maintain a professional standard of communication with couples
Deliver work as agreed with the couple — the Agency's reputation is tied to every booking
Notify the Agency immediately if a referred couple contacts them directly to bypass the platform
Keep the Agency's referral process confidential — do not tell couples about the referral fee arrangement

6. Agency Responsibilities

Present the Creator's portfolio honestly and only to couples who are a genuine match
Never share the Creator's personal contact information before a booking deposit is confirmed
Provide the Creator with couple details (date, location, budget, style) before the introduction call
Not sign competing creators in the same style + location market without notice

7. Term and Termination

This agreement is ongoing until either party gives 14 days written notice to terminate
The non-circumvention clause survives termination — any couple introduced before termination is still subject to the referral fee for 24 months
The Agency may terminate immediately and without notice if the Creator violates Section 4

8. Disputes

Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing legal action
Governing law: State of California

9. Acceptance

By submitting the creator application on Made and Matched platform, the Creator confirms they have read, understood, and agree to this agreement in full.
